What it’s all about

Third Act is a new Pasadena membership community built for older adults living with mild cognitive impairment. It’s a place to keep learning, connecting, and pursuing what matters.

A fun and engaging comprehensive assessment shapes each member's program around what matters most to them.

A Personalized Plan

Members meet in small groups for 3-hour sessions, once or twice weekly depending on membership tier.

Small Group Sessions

Sessions blend brain games, peer-led learning, movement, and guided conversation.

Activities that Actually Matter

Not a senior center. Not a day care. Not a residential facility.

Third Act fills the gap between "doing fine on your own" and "needs a fully-structured program" — built for people who don't quite fit either box.

Third Act is designed for people 65+ who:

  • Know they still have plenty to contribute

  • Want new social connections, but aren't sure where to start

  • Are mostly independent, but benefit from a little extra structure and support

  • Want something on the calendar besides doctors’ appointments

  • Are looking for people who can relate to what living with MCI is like

  • Feel adrift and missing a sense of purpose

  • Could use a welcoming break — for themselves and for the family members who care for them

  • Are rebuilding confidence after a diagnosis that shook it

  • Want to feel like they still matter…because they do!
